Ayurveda Center of Hawaii
This wellness center on the north shore of Kauai is focused
on the healing art of Ayurveda and Pancha Karma cleansing.
The center also offers yoga retreats, weight loss
retreats. They also offer yoga retreats, weight loss
retreats, and trainin in Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage.
7 day, 5 day, and 3 day retreats are available.
Bikram Yoga Retreats
These yoga retreats are organized
by Kauai-based certified Bikram Yoga instructor Judy Louie,
and they include 6 nights lodging, one or two yoga classes
each day, a posture alignment clinic, five dinners,
and lunch every day.
Healing Palms of Kauai
These five day wellness and grief recovery retreats
led by Sheila Christianson include accommodations,
meals, and daily workshops and activities such as support
meetings, yoga, meditation, stretching, nature walks,
massage, and art therapy.
Quantum Hawaiian Retreats
Seven day spiritual retreat in Kapaa in the
east coast of Kauai run by personal
empowerment coach Cardell Smith and his wife Linn.
The retreats feature four days of inspirational
presentations, discussions, and "beach classroom"
sessions followed by two free days for independent
recreational activities. All meals and shared-room
accommodations are included in the price of the
retreat.
Saiva Siddhanta Hindu Monastery
This swami order and theological seminary
in Kapaa on the east side of Kauai
was founded in 1949 by Satguru Sivaya Subramuniyaswami.
They offer correspondence courses and travel-study
programs and it is also possible to worship
at the monastery. Tours for the general public
are available three or four days a month. For

`Touch Kauai Spiritual Retreats
