Kiwi Margarita Cocktail Recipe

Recipe for a classic Kiwi Margarita cocktail madewith tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, lemon juice, and fresh kiwi fruit. See also more Recipes from Hawaii, about Hawaii Dining and our Hawaii Travel Guide.

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup of superfine sugar
- 1 cup silver tequila
- 1/2 cup triple sec or contreau
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice(10-12 lemons)
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (6 or 7 green limes)
- 4 kiwi fruits, peeled and diced
- 2 cups of crushed ice

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except ice in a blender. Pour crushed ice on top of the other ingredients. Blend until smooth but not liquid. Pour into salt rimmed glasses if desired. Garnish with a slice of kiwi or lime.
