Kamaaina Cocktail
Ingredients for 1 drink
1 ounce gin
1/2 ounce Triple Sec
2 tablespoons coconut syrup
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup crushed ice
2 or 3 ounces of Seven-Up
1 maraschino cherry (garnish)
1 pineapple slice or stick (garnish
Instructions
Shake together 5 or 6 times, the gin, Triple Sec,
coconut syrup, lemon juice, and ice.
Pour the mixture into a ceramic coconut-shell
mug or or a 14-16 ounce chilled glass.
Add the Seven-Up and garnish with
cherry and pineapple.
