Crab Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients

- 1-1/4 pounds of crab meat
- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar

Instructions

Chop cabbage into thin coleslaw-size strips. Mix mayonnaise and vinegar. Combine cabbage and crab in a large bowl and mix in mayonniseand vinegar.

VARIATION
Use tarragon vinegar in the dressing and add fennel and watercress to the cabbage mixture. Cut fennel bulb lengthwise into quarters and remove the core. Shave the fennel into thin strips using a vegetable peeler. Use only the leaves and tender stems from the watercress. Combine cabbage, fennel, and watercress in a large bowl and mix in the tarragon flavored mayonnaise dressing.
