Chicken Macaroni Salad Recipe

This simple macaroni salad recipe includes chicken, cucumber, celery and onion in a mayonnaise dressing. See also more Macaroni Salad Recipes and other Recipes from Hawaii.

Ingredients

Salad Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked macaroni
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 stalk of celery, chopped
- 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped

Dressing Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Mix all of the salad ingredients. Separately mix all of the dressing ingredients. Gently mis the dressing into the salad.
