Ingredients
- 2 1/2 tablespoons butter
InstructionsPlace the butter and brown sugar in a large skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves and rthe result is a syrup. Place the pineapple in the syrup in a single layer, reduce the heat slightly and cook for 3 or 4 minutes, until the pineapple is browned browned on the first side. Turn the pineapple over and cook it on the second side until the pineapple is soft and browned. Add rum and flambe it. Arrange on dessert plates.
