Kamaaina Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

- 1 ounce gin
- 1/2 ounce Triple Sec
- 2 tablespoons coconut syrup
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 2 or 3 ounces of Seven-Up
- 1 maraschino cherry (garnish)
- 1 pineapple slice or stick (garnish

Instructions

Shake together 5 or 6 times, the gin, Triple Sec, coconut syrup, lemon juice, and ice. Pour the mixture into a ceramic coconut-shell mug or or a 14-16 ounce chilled glass. Add the Seven-Up and garnish with cherry and pineapple.
