Creole Macaroni Salad Recipe

Ingredients

Salad Ingredients
- 8 ounces cooked macaroni, rinsed and drained well
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced stuffed olives
- Lettuce Leaves

Dressing Ingredients
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of grated onion
- 1 small clove of garlic, finely minced
- 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

Instructions

Mix all salad ingredients except the lettuce leaves. Mix all dressing ingredients. Gently mix the salad with the dressing. Scoup individual servings onto plates lined with lettuce leaves.
