Coconut Carrot Salad Recipe

Ingredients

Salad Ingredients
- 4 medium carrots, shredded
- 1 large apple, finely chopped
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Dressing Ingredients
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 5 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

Mix salad ingredients together and mix dressing ingredients together. Fold the two mixtures together and chill.
