After Eight Cocktail Recipe

A recipe for an alcoholic beverage known as the "After Eight Cocktail". The flavors in this green colored cocktail are based on the popular After Eight brand chocolate mints. Ingredients

- 2 ounces of Vodka
- 1 oz White Creme de Cacao
- 1/2 ounce Green Creme de Menthe
- 1/2 ounce of Vermouth

Instructions

Before Making the Cocktail
Dip the rim of the glass in creme de cacao and then in cocoa and allow to dry before using.

Making the Cocktail
Fill up a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients and shake well. Strain the mixture into one of the cocoa-rimmed glasses.
