Town of Kihei

Kihei is located on the dry southwest side of Maui, on the shore of Maelaea Bay, between Maalaea Town and Kamaole. It one of the main resort areas on Maui, and is especially popular with families who like to stay in condominiums.

Kihei Beaches and Waterfront Parks
Kalama Beach Park in Kihei is a 36 acre oceanfront park with a white sand beach, shady lawns and palm trees. The three beaches of Kamaole are south of Kihei, and they are known as Kamaole Beach I, II and III. Kamaole Beach I and II are good swimming beaches. Kamaole Beach III has a large grass field and is a popular spot for body boarding.
