If you are most interested in sunny beach days and
Kauai's sugar plantation history, you
will probably want to stay on the south coast of Kauai.
If you love lush, tropical rainforest vegetation and waterfalls,
Kauai's north coast will probably suit you best.
For something in between, Kauai's eastern coconut
coast has much to offer.
