Gaylord's at Kilohana Luau
The Gaylord's at Kilohana Luau takes place once a week.
Sometimes known as the Wilcox Estate Luau
because it takes place
on the 35 acre grounds of
the Kilohana Estate, which was the home of
Gaylord Parke Wilcox, when he ran his family's plantation.
The luau includes live entertainment, an imu
ceremony, and a feast of kalua pig, fresh fish,
teriyaki beef, pineapple chicken, and traditional
luau side dishes. Food for this
luau is prepared in the kitchen of Gaylord's
Restaurant.
Luau tickets can be purchased
alone or with an add-on ticket
for a train ride through a historic 105 acre
Kauai pineapple, papaya, banana,
sugarcane, and taro plantation.
Another add-on option is taking
a Clydesdale carriage ride from the main residence
to the luau grounds.

Princeville Hotel Poolside Luau
Before the Princeville Hotel at Hanalei was
renovated and renamed in 2008 it offered a poolside
luau twice a week. The hotel no longer has
a luau, now that it has reopened as the

it's possible their luau will return at some
point in the future. Keep an eye on the
