  • Easy to get to because it's close to Maalo Road

  • Featured in the opening credits of Fantasy Island television show.

  • 80 feet high

  • The amount of water flowing over the falls changes as the amount of rainfall changes

  • Sun shines on the falls in the early maorning

  • There's a trail to the bottom and some like to swim in the pool. the trail is muddy, slippery and dangerous. The trail islocated less then a mile form the lookout point.

  • Don't jump from the top - it's too dangerous!

  • Take highway 56 north from Lihue to Maalo Road, which is Highway 583. The waterfall is at the end of the road, only 5 minutes from Lihue.
