About Makaha
Information about Makaha, Hawaii
Makaha is a town on the western, leeward coast of Oahu Island west of the Makaha Valley and at the base of Mount Kaala in the Waianae Mountain Range. Mount Kaala is more than 4,000 feet high, making it the highest mountain on the island of Oahu. The town of Makaha is probably most well-known for its world class surfing beaches.
