Makani A Kai Condos are closest to Haycraft Park but farthest
(about 0.7 mile) from Maalaea Harbor.

Maalaea Kai Condominiums

This condominium property has the largest land area of al Maalaea condos.

Four story, oceanfront condo complex with 48 units on 1.78 acres of land.
Units have 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and they range in
size from 950 square feet to 1,220 square feet.

Island Sands Condominiums
Six story, oceanfront condo complex with 84 units on 1.75 acres of land.
This condominium property is the only Maalaea condo building higher than four stories.
