Manele Small Boat Harbor on Lanai

An introduction to Manele Small Boat Harbor on the island of Lanai in Hawaii.

The Manele Small Boat Harbor was authorized in 1963 and construction was completed in 1965. In march of 2006 Hawaii Governor Linda Lingle released $2.5 million for improvements that included a covered waiting area for ferry passengers, paved walkways, access roads, and parking lots.
