Condominiums on Hanai Island

There are two luxury residential complexes on the island of lanai, one near Hulopoe Bay on the south shore of the island and one in the upcountry region of central Lanai.

Terraces at Manele Bay
Four phase residential development adjacent to the Manele Bay Golf Course and the Four Seasons Resort at Hulopoe Bay.

Villas at Koele Condominiums
Two phase residential complex located in upcountry Lanai, just north of Lanai City, in the interior of Lanai island.

Note that at one time zoning restrictions did not allow residents of the Terraces at Manele and the Villas at Koele to offer short term vacation rentals. Those restrictions may have changed over time but we have not confirmed any changes.
