Puu Pehe Trail on Lanai

Information about the Puu Pehe Trail on Lanai Island in Hawaii.

The Puu Pehe Trail is a dirt path to a viewpoint overlooking the Puu Pehe Rock Islet, which has been designated a national historic place.

The trail begins at Hulopoe Beach and extends southeast from there.

It is an easy trail with only a gnentle slope and the hiking time from the beach to the viewpoing is about 15 or 20 minutes each way.

There are views along the way of Hulopoe Bay, Manele Bay, Shark's cove, tidepools, and the oceanfront Four Seasons Lanai luxury resort.

Directions from Lanai City
Drive south on Highway 440about 13 miles to Hulopoe Bech Park. The trail begins on the left side of the beach as you are facing the ocean. h the overlook.
