Privately owned and well-maintained beach park on Manele Bay that is open to the public. Public access to Hulopoe Peach Park is from the Manele Small Boat Harbor area of Manele Bay. The ocean can be rough during the winter months but it is usually calm during the rest of the year because of the beach park's location inside Manele Bay.
