Whale Watching on Lanai Island

Information about whale watching on Lanai Island.

Four Seasons "Lanai Whale Watching" Cruise
This seasonal ocean adventure explores some of the most remote and unspoiled sites in Hawaii. Lanai is a haven for North Pacific humpback whales from December through April. Spot these fascinating mammals during a sailing adventure from a 360-degree viewing platform, and listen through a hydrophone to hear them sing. Crew members are Certified Island Naturalists and make each trip educational and entertaining.

Four Seasons Resort Lanai supports Dolphin SMART, a program promoting stewardship of wild dolphins in coastal waterways. The resort encourages responsible viewing and help aid in dolphin conservation. Dolphin SMART is a partnership program developed by NOAA's Office of National Marine Sanctuaries and National Marine Fisheries Service, the Whale and Dolphin Conservation, and the Dolphin Ecology Project.
