Port Allen Small Boat Harbor
Small boat harbor situated on the east shore of Hanapepe Bay.
Harbor facilities include a two-lane, 30 foot wide boat
launching ramp, 34 berths, 6 moorings, a loading dock
a fish hoist, vessel washdown station, restrooms and a
harbor office. Businesses based at the harbor include:

Port Allen Fisheries Management Area
Protected area that includes the portion of the Port Allen waters from
the highwater mark seaward, bounded by a straight line
from the tip of the main breakwater northward to the
bend in the breakwater of the small boat harbor.
Prohibited in this protected area:
- Snagging any fish
- Taking or possessing more than 75 akule per person per day
- Using any net, except a landing net not more than 3 feet in any dimension, excluding handle.
Glass Beach
A beach made of sea glass.
Located just outside of Eleele,
on the edge of Hanapepe bay near the
Port Allen Small Boat Harbor.

McBryde Sugar Plantation Cemetery
Remains of Chinese and Japanese sugar plantation workers
of the late 1800's and early 1900's.
The cemetery sits on a bluff overlooking Glass Beach
near Port Allen Harbor.
