1,550 acre residential development that includes about 3 miles of coastline. The development has an 18 hole golf course but no hotels. The development's Club at Hokulia is located about 19 miles north of the Kona Airport and about about 12 miles South of the town of Kailua-Kona

North Kona Region Developments

Kukio Resort Development
Ultra-exclusive and very private master-planned oceanfront community situated adjacent to the Hualalai Development. Kukio has no hotels or public restaurants and access to the development is strictly limited to home and property owners and their guests. Hualalai Resort Development
Luxury, oceanfront residential community with two golf courses, a full service spa, and several restaurants and shops. The development's Four Seasons Hualalai Hotel is located about 9 miles north of the Kona Airport and about about 15 miles north of the town of Kailua-Kona.

Kohala Developments South to North

Waikoloa Resort Development
Development located several miles north of the Hualalai Development and just south of the Mauna Lani Development. The Waikoloa Development's Hilton Waikoloa Village Hotel is located about 20 miles north of the Kona Airport and about about 26 miles north of the town of Kailua-Kona.

Mauna Lani Resort Development
The development's Mauna Lani Bay hotel is located about 21 miles north of the Kona Airport and about about 28 miles north of the town of Kailua-Kona

Mauna Kea Resort Development
Located several miles north of the Mauna Lani Development. The development's Mauna Kea Beach Hotel is located about 27 miles north of the Kona Airport and about about 33 miles north of the town of Kailua-Kona

Kohala Kai Development
Oceanfront, gated development with seven large, oceanfront parcels. Located north of Kawaihae, in the North Kohala Region, on the west coast of Hawaii Island.

Large, inland development in the Kohala Mountains that is more then 3,000 acres in size.
