Aloha Falsetto Festival
The 2nd Annual Aloha Festival of Southern
California took place at the Redondo
Beach Performing Arts Center in Southern
California on Saturday, July 18, 2009. Performers
featured in 2009 included Richard Hoopii, Pomaikai
Keawe Lyman, Weldon Kekauoha, and many others.
Arizona Aloha Festival
Annual Hawaiian culture festival
in Tempe Arizona featuring live hula
and Hawaiian music performances,
vendor booths, and local style food.
The 16th Annual Arizona Aloha Festival will
take place March 13-14, 2010 at Tempe Town
Lake Beach Park.
3 Days of Aloha in the Pacific Northwest
The 2009 Three Days of Aloha in the Pacific
Northwest event took place from
Thursday through Saturday, July 23-25, 2009
at Esther Short Park in Vancouver, Washington
State. The event included a welcome reception
on Thursday evening, a hula and craft workshop
on Thursday and Friday, a hapa haole hula
competition on Friday, and a Hoiki and
Hawaiian Festival on Saturday from 11:00 a.m.
to 7:00 p.m.
