Halloween Haunted Houses in Hawaii

Information about Halloween haunted houses in Hawaii and similar haunted attractions. Includes haunted houses, a haunted lagoon, a haunted hay ride, and outdoor haunted walks and trails.

Oahu Haunted Houses

Hawaii's Haunted Plantation (Waipahu)
Outdoor haunted trail attraction that takes place every year at the Hawaii's Plantation Village on Halloween night and during the week before Halloween. Hawaii's Plantation Village is located at 94-695 Waipahu Street in the Central Oahu town of Waipahu. This is an intense and scary attraction that is not suitable for small children.

Ewa Haunted House for Easter Seals (Ewa Beach)
I have not yet seen an announcement for the 2009 Ewa Beach Haunted House for EAster Seals, but if it does take place it will be the 10th annual event. Past events have been held at the Easter Seals Hawaii Adult Day Center at 91-1251 Renton Road. For more information call 808-681-0747.

Haunted Lagoon Canoe Ride (Laie)
Every Halloween the Polynesian Cultural Center on the northeast coast of Oahu offers a Haunted Lagoon Canoe Ride through its Polynesian villages.

Gunstock Ranch Haunted Hay Ride (between Kahuku and Laie)
Every year the Gunstock Ranch at 56-250 Kamehameha Highway hosts a Haunted Hay Ride event on Halloween night and several evenings during the week before Halloween. The event is typically offered between 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. and admission is usually about $5.00 per person.
