Fine dining steak and seafood restaurant established by Peter Kim in 2013 in the space formerly occupied by Aaron's Restaurant. Located on the 36th floor of the Ala Moana Hotel, at 410 Atkinson Drive, in the Ala Moana neighborhood of Honolulu.

Sarento's Top of the "I" (CLOSED in 2017)
Italian restaurant on top of the Ilikai Hotel that was founded by Aaron Placourakis of the Tri Star Group. He decided not to renew his lease and closed the restaurant on September 30, 2017 after being in business for more than 25 years. Formerly located at 1777 Ala Moana Boulevard, inside the Ilikai Hotel and adjacent to the Ala Wai Yacht Harbor on the west end of the Waikiki neighborhood of Honolulu.
