Old Section Golfers can save money by playing at one of Hawaii's municipal golf courses instead of playing at an expensive resort or country club. Golfing fees are higher for visitors then for residents at Hawaii's municipal golf courses, but even so, you will pay an average of $40 per round at these courses.
