Sports Camps in Hawaii
University of Hawaii - Summer Sports Camps
The University of Hawaii offers a series of 2-day
sports camps for children and teens led by some of the
University of Hawaii Athletic Department's top coaches.
2009 University of Hawaii Sports Camps include baseball,
basketball, football, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis,
track & field, and volleyball camps. For more information,

University of Hawaii - Chinese Immersion Sports Camp
Mandarin Chinese summer immersion sports camp for high school students,
age 12-17, with no more then two years of experience speaking
any Chinese dialect. 30 campers will learn Mandarin Chinese and
participate in table tennis and martial arts coached by championship
level instructors from the People's Republic of China. The 2009
camp will take place July 6-24, 2009.
Adidas Tennis Camps in Hawaii
Six day tennis camp for tennis players age 9-18 at the Hilton Waikoloa Village
Resort on the west side of the Big Island of Hawaii.
Can be attended as either a day camp or an overnight camp.
Camps are designed to accommodate all levels of players,
from beginning to advanced.
Hawaii Speed and Quickness
Free and low cost sports camps and other programs designed
to give young people in Hawaii a competitive edge through training
to improve the athlete's speed, quickness, agility and balance.
I believe these camps are only available to Hawaii residents.

young people in the spring and summer.

Surf Camps in Hawaii
Overnight Surf Camp
Offers two overnight surf camps in Hawaii,
a five night coed surf camp for teens age 12-17 on Oahu
and 6 to 10 day surf camps for women
on Oahu, Maui, and Kauai. Rates includes
accommodations and all meals.
Maui Surfer Girls
Beginner surf camps on Maui and intermediate level
surf camps on Kauai for girls age 12-17.
Rates include food and accommodations in either
cabins or tents.
Sunset Suzy Surf Camp
Offers 6 night surf camps on the north
shore of Oahu. Includes coed camps,
women-only camps, mother-daughter camps,
men-only camps, and summer surf camps for children.
Note that the children's summer maps do not
include accommodations.
Surf Camp
Offers summer teen adventure and surf camps on Oahu for age 14-17.
Most of their surfing camps are in North Carolina but they
usually offer two surf camps in Hawaii every year.

Episcopal Camp and conference center
located on the north shore of Oahu.
Activities include swimming, snorkeling, kayaking,
a rope course, archery, and hiking. Located
near Kaiaka Bay Beach Park. Accommodations
include a lodge, cabins, a cottage, and a
[private beach house. Common facilities
include a meeting room and a dining hall.
Go Adventure
Offers a "Hawaii Big Island Adventure"
camping trip for teens. Reservations are accepted
for groups of 10 or more, but the Web site has a
bulletin board to help campers find
enough co-campers to fill each session.

I'm not sure if there is a minimum age for
these three Hawwaiian msuic camps but most of
the attendees at these three music camps are
typically adults. These camps are really
more of a multiple day music workshop.
